The inverted V-shaped, liquid-cooled 12-cylinder DB 605 engine has a small cross section and an aerodynamic, compact body shape. Inverted V-shaped cylinders allow weapons to be mounted above the engine, close to the pilot's field of view, improving firing accuracy. The upper part of the nose is equipped with two MG 131/13.2 mm machine guns. A feature of the G model is the hump-like bulging cover covering the bullet chute, which protrudes laterally from the main body of the weapon. The powered motorized gun has been replaced by the highly destructive MK 108/30 mm machine gun on some aircraft such as the "Bf 109 G-14/U4", but this kit retains the MG 151/20 mm machine gun used on early models. Messerschmitt Bf-109 is a German single-engine fighter aircraft with a classic tail, low wings and a metal body. II.
