Sales Agreement
This is a Virtual Sales Agreement between UĞUR AKMAN - HOBBYTIME and the Customer.
Article 1
The subject of this agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts of Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the specifications and sales price of which are specified below, sold by the seller to the buyer.

All members: All buyers who register and shop at www.hobbytime.com.tr, the e-commerce store of UĞUR AKMAN-HOBBYTIME Company. (Hereinafter referred to as "buyer" or "customer").
Article - 4
CONTRACT SUBJECT AND PRODUCT INFORMATION:
The type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity, sales price, and payment method of the goods/products or services are as stated on the website, and these promises are subject to change without notice to the buyer. Erroneous orders due to software problems will be canceled upon notification to the buyer.

Article - 5
GENERAL PROVISIONS
5.1 - The BUYER declares that they have read and are aware of the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and all preliminary delivery information regarding the contracted product specified in Article 4, and have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
5.2 - The contracted product will be delivered to the buyer or the person or organization at the address specified by the buyer within the period specified in the preliminary information, depending on the distance of the buyer's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period for each product.
5.3 - If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person or organization other than the buyer, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person or organization does not accept the delivery. 5.4 The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract intact, complete, and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, along with any warranty documents and user manuals.
5.5 - Delivery of the product subject to the contract requires that this contract be electronically approved and the sales price be paid using the payment method chosen by the BUYER. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is cancelled in bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be relieved of its obligation to deliver the product.
5.6 - If the relevant bank or financial institution fails to pay the product price to the SELLER due to the unfair or illegal use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons, not due to the BUYER's fault, after the delivery of the product, the BUYER must return the product delivered to the SELLER or the person or institution specified in the sales contract within 3 business days. In such a case, the shipping The costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
5.7 - If the SELLER cannot deliver the contracted product within the specified time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or transportation interruptions, the SELLER is obligated to notify the buyer. In this case, the buyer may exercise one of the following rights: cancellation of the order, replacement of the contracted product with a comparable product, if any, and/or postponement of the delivery period until the impeding condition is eliminated. If the buyer cancels the order, the SELLER will initiate proceedings with the relevant bank within 7 days to cancel the buyer's credit card receipt and refund the relevant amount to the buyer's account. The transaction will be notified to the BUYER via e-mail. In such a case, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the relevant bank.
5.8 - In the event that the products delivered to the BUYER and/or the person and/or institution to which the BUYER requested delivery are defective or damaged, the warranty In order for the necessary repair or replacement to be carried out under these terms, the relevant product(s) must be returned to the SELLER within 7 days from the date of receipt by the BUYER, and shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER. In such a case, if the 7-day period expires, the BUYER must return the product to the relevant service center.
5.9 - This contract shall become effective after it is electronically approved by the BUYER (after membership is completed) and submitted to www.hobbytime.com.tr.

Article 6

UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT, CHECK IT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CARGO OFFICER. IN THE EVENT OF ANY PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCTS DUE TO CARGO, ALWAYS REQUEST THE CARGO OFFICER TO REPORT THE PRODUCT. YOU MUST SEND IT BACK. IF THE PRODUCT HAS DAMAGED DUE TO TRANSPORT AND YOU RECEIVE IT WITHOUT HAVING A REPORT FROM THE CARRIER, UNFORTUNATELY, CARRIER COMPANIES CANNOT COVER THIS DAMAGE. TO AVOID ANY INJURY, MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (PLEASE READ; THE PROCESS IS DIFFERENT FOR ELECTRONICS)

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within seven (7) days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to them or to the person/entity at the address they have provided. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax or email within this period, and the product must be unused and its packaging undamaged, in accordance with the provisions of Article 7. In the event of exercising this right, a copy of the cargo delivery report certifying that the product delivered to a third party or the Buyer was sent to the SELLER, along with the original sales invoice, must be returned. Within seven days of receipt of these documents, the SELLER must initiate proceedings with the relevant bank to have the product price refunded to the BUYER's credit card account. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for any bank-related issues in the refund of the product price. If the original sales invoice is not returned, VAT and any other legal obligations will not be refunded. The shipping cost of any product returned due to the right of withdrawal is the responsibility of the BUYER. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, single-use products, copyable software and programs, products that are prone to rapid deterioration or have expired. The right of withdrawal for all types of software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes, computer and stationery consumables (toner, cartridges, ribbons, etc.), and all cosmetics is subject to the condition that the product packaging is unopened, undamaged, and unused.

Article 7
COMPETENT COURT:
In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and the CONSUMER COURTS in the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence shall have jurisdiction up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. By electronically confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all provisions of this agreement.
