Is membership required?

Membership is not required when shopping at HobbyTime; you can shop without registering. The information we request during your shopping and membership processes is necessary to ensure that your orders reach you securely.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click the "Forgot My Password" link in the "Sign In" section. Enter the email address you registered with and the code you see in the security code section. Your new password will be sent to your email address immediately.

How do I track my order?

After logging in with your membership information, you can track the status of all your orders in real time in the "My Orders" section. If you shop without a membership, an email notification regarding the current status of your order will be sent to the email address you provided during your order.

Can I pay on delivery?

Our payment on delivery option is not currently available.

How long will it take for my package to reach me?

Your order will arrive within 1-3 business days after it is shipped. This timeframe may vary depending on your address.

I want to exchange/return a product. What should I do?

For returns and exchanges, you can call our Call Center at +90 (312) 438 40 31 for support. For cancellations and returns, you must provide us with all copies of the invoices we sent you. Please ensure that the products are returned in the same condition they were received.
