Model Specifications

• Extra Durability: Since the Mecha series is designed for moving models (like Gundam) where parts rub against each other, it is Vallejo's most resistant primer against scratches and paint peeling.
• Perfect Leveling: When applied or sprayed on the surface, it settles into the details and stretches as it dries, preparing a smooth surface. It does not cover even the finest details.
• Economical Solution: This 200 ml size is much more affordable than 17 ml bottles in terms of unit cost. If you are painting regular models, it is the most logical choice.
• Ideal Color (Grey): Gray primer is the "wild card of the hobby world". It is not as bright as white or as suffocating as black. It shows the right tone of any color you apply (from yellow to black).

Airbrush: Can be used right out of the bottle (for 0.4mm nozzle). However, for finer workmanship and flawless flow, I recommend adding a few drops of Vallejo Airbrush Thinner.
Brush Application: Apply in thin layers with a wide soft brush. Don't expect full coverage on the first coat; It will adhere to the surface as it dries.
Drying Time: Touch dry is 20 minutes. However, the full ossification of the polyurethane and waiting at least 12-24 hours before applying paint reveals the true durability of the primer.
