Ford 5000 is a blue and white tractor produced by Ford from 1964 to 1979. It was a middle class tractor for European farms. North American versions were a bit different and called Ford Major. After being released in 1964, Ford 5000 and other models in the series remained in production until 1968, when they were promoted to the Ford Force series. In the engine and other components, some modifications were made with more horsepower for 75 HP for Ford 5000. In addition, some changes have been made to give a more modern look. In 1971, a few minor changes were made in the engine and a security cabin could be ordered in the factory. In 1975, Ford retired Ford 5000 and the entire product range with him after eleven years of production. It was one of the company's best -selling tractors.
