The FV432 Trojan is a British -crawled armored personnel carrier of the post -war period. The vehicle gets power from the 240 horsepower single-engine Rolls-Royce K60. Vehicle prototypes were created in the early 1960s and mass production was started in 1963-1971. In this process, approximately 3,000 copies of this car were produced. Armament is usually a single 7.62 mm L7 machine rifle.

The FV432 is a member of the FV430 vehicle family. The FV432 carrier was created to replace Alvis Saracen vehicles on the line. Full -equipped can carry up to 10, and protect them against the small caliber -caliber fire and cannon bullets up to 12.7 mm. The vehicle can also exceed water barriers after previously prepared. Based on the FV432, many special purpose vehicles, such as command tool, ambulance or technical support tool, have been created. In the 1980s and 1990s, such carriers were replaced by UAE Warrior vehicles, but their special versions are still used by the British army. The FV432 was used in the war during the desert storm operation (1990-1991) or the Iraqi operation in 2003.
