This version of the model, designed for the special and traditional car market, was evaluated in terms of its differences from the original car. The "Sport", "RS México", and "RS2000" versions were designed for the high-performance market, while the "Ghia" (2-door and 4-door) and "popular" versions were for new markets. The "basic" and "popular" versions were for low-consumption and easily accessible cars. Finally, the commercial version was for vans.
