Features

• After drying, it becomes water resistant and forms a paint film with high solvent resistance.
• Since the use of organic solvent is reduced to a minimum level, extremely low -scented model paints have been obtained.
• Although it is water based, it dries fast and is easy to apply.
• Shiny surface paint options are also offered among water -based emulsion dyes that are difficult to obtain brightness.
• The drying paint film has a certain level of tracking (tracking) feature (Detail loss after painting is minimum).
• Low solvent content makes it difficult for finely molded ABS to be damaged by solvent.
• Instead of melting the plastic by processing on the surface like solvent -based paints, the paint itself provides strong adhesion.
  In this way, it can be applied directly to polyurethane resin and similar solvente resistant surfaces without using primer.
  Polycarbonate surfaces can also be painted; However, applying primer to the surface is recommended to increase the adhesion.

Acrysion is a new generation of water -based emulsion paint that solves problems such as slow drying time, weak paint film and odor caused by organic solvents. It aims to improve safety and painting environment.

Application with a brush

• The product can be used directly without dilution.
• If the application is difficult, add 1–2 drop water or acrysion retarder (slowing, recommended).
• When diluted too much, pigments may flow and the paint surface may not be distributed evenly.

Application with Airbrush

• Diligent with Acrysion® Airbrush Thinner Kaiyun (dilution rate 1: 0.3)
• If diluted with water, dilute in small amounts and apply with the lowest possible air pressure.
• If too much water is added, the paint can be pushed by the applied surface (the attachment decreases).

Cleaning

• After painting, the tools such as brush and airbrush used before drying can be cleaned with water.
• However, since the paint is resistant to water after drying, a special cleaning fluid for the cleaning process should be used.
