Military transport helicopter produced by Bell company. UH-1 is known as Iroquois. It is referred to as the public among the people in Türkiye. Although it was a helicopter produced for military purposes at first, it attracted much greater attention than expected and was used for civilian purposes.
The skeletal structure of UH-1 is based on Bell Model 204. Helicopter is designed for use in search and rescue, transportation and pilot training tasks. The UH-1, which made its first flight on October 22, 1956, entered the service of the American Army in 1959. In the "best helicopters of all time" documentary, the best helicopter was selected.

UH-1s are the pioneers of the successful Bell helicopters series. Designed to be used in the Vietnam War, the UH-1B model was expanded to receive 9 soldiers or 3 stretchers.
