Hawker Hunter is a Transmitic British jet -motor warplane developed by Hawker Aircraft for the Royal Air Force (RAF) in the late 1940s and early 1950s. The newly developed Rolls-Royce was designed to take advantage of the Avon Turbojet engine and the sweeping wing and was the first jet motor plane supplied by Hawker. On September 7, 1953, the first modified prototype broke the world air speed record for aircraft and reached a speed of 727.63 miles (1.171.01 km/h; 632.29 kn).
In 1954, Hunter, a single -seat, was put into service as a day prevention aircraft with maneuverability, rapidly replacing the first -generation jet hunter aircraft in shelf service such as Gloster Meteor and De Havillaland Venom. The role of all air/night fighters was filled by Gloster Javelin. In addition to other modifications that adopt and applied more talented engine models, the successively developed variants of the species that expand the fuel capacity were produced. Avcılar was also used by two shelf show teams: "Black Arrows" and then "Blue Diamonds", which made a record of 22 hunters that broke records once, flew with 16 planes.
