The OH-6 was launched in 1960 with the release of the technical specification for the US military's personnel transport, escort and attack tasks, wounded evacuation and a light observation helicopter (puer) that could perform observation. Twelve companies participated in the competition and presented Model 369 of the Hughes Tool Company. The two designs presented by Fairchild-Hiller and Bell were selected as the finalist by the Army-Donanma Design Design Competition Board, but the army later included the helicopter from Hughes. The first model 369 prototype flew on February 27, 1963. Initially called YHO-6A under the army's appointment system, the aircraft was renamed YoH-6A under the new joint system of the Ministry of Defense in 1962. Five prototypes were built. 252 SHP (188 kW) Allison T63-A-5A Motor and the other 10 prototypes presented by Bell and Fairchild-Hiller Fort Rucker was delivered to the US army in Alabama. Finally, Hughes won the competition and the Ordu signed a contract for production in May 1965. The first order was for 714 aircraft, but then increased to 1,300 with 114 more purchasing options. Seventy helicopters were built in the first month. This agile, unarmed helicopter is equipped with external "benches" designed to carry up to three commando on both sides. There is also a type of war helicopter called AH-6. This small aircraft for night operations can perform the quick placement and removal of special operations forces in areas that his older brother MH-60 Black Hawk cannot do. The United States Army, also known as night hunters, is a special operational force that provides helicopter aviation support for general purpose forces and special operations forces. Their tasks contain attacks, attacks and discovery and are usually performed at night, at high speeds, low altitudes and in a short time. The architects of the task force have determined the need for a small helicopter that can go down to the most limited places and can be easily transported by air shipping vehicles. They chose the OH-6A reconnaissance helicopter and recognized as a small bird compared to other task-powers, UH-60A and CH-47C. As a separate part of the project, Fort Rucker and Armed OH-6As were being developed in Alabama. The pilots selected to fly OH-6A helicopters, 229. When the training was completed, Fort Huachuca carried the C-141 aircraft and crew to Fort Huachuca to Arizona for a two-week task training. The task training consisted of uploading to the C-130 shipping aircraft, which would later carry them to advanced staging areas over 1,000 sea miles (1,900 km). The armed OH-6 aircraft from Fort Rucker joined the training program in the autumn of 1980.
