The Mi-24 is a dual-engine plane with a five-wing main rotor and a three-poultry-rotary plane. The first helicopter to be put into service as an offensive transport and warship in Russian Air Force. In 1968, the first test flights were delivered to the armed forces to be evaluated in 1970. It was operated by the Soviet Air Force and over thirty other countries. NATO reporting name "Hind".
