About

AV-8B Harrier II is the most well-known of V/Stol aircraft. It has a Rolls Royce Pegasus II motor. The motor is in the middle of the aircraft and the air intakes appearing on both sides of the aircraft feed the Rolls Royce Pegasus II engine in the middle. When the first Harrier II flight took place in the autumn of 1981, 21 years have passed since the first flight of the Hawker P.1127. P.1127, 1957 design was structured and developed on a French engine concept. Project Finance Bristol Engine Co. and the US government was met by the "Joint Weapon Development Program" (MWDP).
