McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle is an American double-engine hunter and attack plane with its first flight on July 27, 1972. The F-15 aircraft is the result of the experience gained from the air battles in Vietnam and is also the answer to the USAAF to the Soviet MİG-23 and Mig-25 hunter aircraft. In 1969, it was created as part of the FX (Fighter Experimental) project, where the winner was McDonnell-Douglas. When designing the F-15, a special emphasis was made to reduce the service time at the maximum level. Essentially, it was based on the installation of easy -to -use elements as much as possible, and on the other hand the use of automatic systems that relax people. As a result, the successor of the F-4 Phantom, which leaves it behind in all respects, can be put into service in half. Another powerful side of the F-15 is a pair of Pratt-Whitney F100 art burning engine that produces 4,500 kg of pushing than the weight of the machine, thus making sharp turns without compromising large speed. In addition, it makes it possible to hang a large amount of additional weapons in 8 knots under the wings and body. A few variants were created from the moment the F-15 was put into service. Versions C and D are the second generation of single and double aircraft, which replaced versions A and B in 1979, respectively. From the outside, they are not very different from them, but the avionics went through a comprehensive modification, which made Eagle an even more deadly weapon. In the 1980s, the F-15D also performed experiments with anti-satellite missiles. At the same time, a version of F15-E Strike Eagle was being developed. Unlike previous models, version E is not only a hunting machine used for air superiority, but also an attack machine with a wide range of possibilities for attacks on land targets. The E version was put into service in 1988 and is expected to remain on the production line until 2035. Another variant is the F-15J exported and produced under license in Japan. F-15 planes were exported to many countries including Japan, Israel, Saudi Arabia and South Korea. The F-15 turned out to be a very valuable machine by gaining air victories as well as others. During the desert storm operation and the occupation of Iraq in 2003. Technical Data (Version E): Maximum speed: 2660 km / h, climbing speed: 255 m / s, practical ceiling 19500 m, maximum range: 5580 km, armament: fixed - 1 six -barreled M61a -1 20 mm ball, hanging - 10660 kg load up to 10660 kg.
