Lamborghini Jota is an Italian racing car produced in a single unit in 1970. The car was running with a single 3.9 -liter 12 -cylinder engine. Lamborghini Jota was developed as a racing cart by engineer and test drive Bob Wallace. Theoretically, Jota is based on Lamborghini Miura P 400, but in essence it has nothing to do with it. First of all, it has a body made of completely different materials, which resulted in a significant reduction of materials. The design and size of the chassis of the car changed like suspension. The style of the body is also corrected - especially the front part. Jota has the same engine as Miura, but electronic controlled ignition has been added and the cylinder heads have been changed. In the end, a car with a great performance at that time, a speed of 320 km / h and can reach 0 to 100 km / h in 3.6 seconds! However, due to the company's financial problems, Jota's only copy was sold in 1972 and soon burned in an accident.
