About

During the Second World War, especially in the war in the Pacific region, wood -coated aprons or maintenance stations were built on the tracks established on the islands. With this method, which was applied in places where the floor was soft, the plane was not buried in the soil or sand, or there was no harm to the landing sets on the stony floor.

With wooden flooring, there was a hard floor environment where the staff could easily move.
