About
SD.KFZ. 10 (SONDERKRAFAHRZEUG - Special Motorized Vehicle) II. It was a German semi -palette van widely used in World War II. The main role was the main carrier for small -pulled weapons such as 2 cm vial 30, 7.5 cm Leıg or 3.7 cm PAK 36 Tanksavar balls. In addition to pulling weapons or trailers, he could carry eight soldiers.
Basic engineering for all German semi -paletians was developed by the Reichswehr Military Automotive Department during the Weimar period, but the final designs and tests were distributed to commercial companies with the understanding that production would be shared with more than one company. Demag was chosen to improve the smallest of the German half parts and perfected a series of prototype designs between 1934-1938.
SDKFZ.10, also SD.KFZ. 250 Light Armored Personnel formed the basis for the carrier. Between 1938 and 1945, approximately 14,000 units were produced and this number of production made the war one of the most produced German tactical tools. The annexation of Poland participated in the French War, the Balkans Campaign, in short, as a light semi -palette van for mechanized infantry on all fronts where the Germans organized operations.
