Wachregiment was founded in 1921 when the guard of the authorities of Reich was the guard of the authorities and had an unity of intervention against both the communists and the national socialists in Berlin during the internal confused period.

When he came to 1939, Hitler himself became the name of the Union, referring to Lebensraum (living space), the Great Nazi ideal.
II. With the beginning of World War II, they were ordered to join the French campaign upon Hitler's instruction.
From this moment on, they would not have been present in Berlin except for short rest visits.
