II. In World War II, the railway network played a critical logistical role in transporting troops, equipment, and supplies between far-flung fronts. The German army used all kinds of wagons to reinforce its trains against enemy attacks, including sabotage by partisans or resistance forces. Therefore, it was not uncommon to see armored locomotives and armed, protected carriages in train convoys. Dragon is launching a dazzling set depicting different German trains.
