Sturmpanzer (also known as SturmPanzer 43 or SD.KFZ. Kursk, Anzio, Normandy Battles were used and deployed in the Warsaw Uprising. It was known by allied intelligence by the name of Brummbär (German: "Grouch)), not used by the Germans. German troops to him "Stupa", the shortened version of the term Stu Rm Panzer. His vehicles were reorganized there and Zaporozhe Bridgehead stayed there until he was abandoned on October 15th. The battalion was retreated to Nikopol, where he helped his defense of the German protrusion there until he retreated to Reich at the end of December.
On 22 January 1944, the Allies' receipt to Anzio caused the battalion, which was once again completely independent, to be transferred to 28 vehicles in early February to participate in the opposing attack against the Allied Coast -headed Unintehmen Fiscfang. This goal failed, but the battalion remained in Italy for the rest of the war. When the Allies started the PO Valley offensive in April 1945, there were still 42 vehicles in the battalion, but all were blown up or lost during the withdrawal to prevent the capture before the war ended in May.
