About

The name Magach means a series of tanks in Israeli service.

Tanks are based on American M48 and M60 Patton tanks.

With the modernization of the M60 tank initiated by the Israeli army in the 1970s, the tanks' weapon system and armor will eliminate the deficiencies of the period and the adaptation of new technology has started.

They are actively using old tanks with technological equipment that can work in new engines and in every weather condition.

With the Sabra series application developed in the same project, Turkish M60 tanks were also modernized.
