McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle is an American double-engine hunter and attack plane with its first flight on July 27, 1972. The F-15 aircraft is the result of the experience gained from the air battles in Vietnam and is also the answer to the USAAF to the Soviet MİG-23 and Mig-25 hunter aircraft. The E version was put into service in 1988 and is expected to remain on the production line until 2035. Another variant is the F-15J exported and produced under license in Japan.
