McDonnell-Douglas / Northrop F / A-18 Hornet is a settled hunter and attack plane that can work in all kinds of weather conditions. The roots of F / A-18 are based on 1974 and the F-17 prototype that attracted the attention of the US Navy Command this year. The contract was signed in 1976 for the construction of the aircraft. The Northrop concern to accelerate the work collaborated with the concern of McDonnell-Douglas. A year later, the F / A-18D, a two-person version of F-18, was put into service under all kinds of weather and could be used as an attack plane. They are characterized by increasing body length, wing opening and surfaces. They also have the new general Electric F414 engines and a significant expanded and modernized avionics. They were first introduced in 1995. The EA-18G Growler Electronic Warm aircraft was also created on the basis of the F-18. All versions of F / A-18 have won the appreciation of the pilots, characterized by low fault ratio, ease of use and very good flight parameters.
